Error: Urgent assistance needed

Hi there
I have just upgraded to a Pro membership. I am trying to run the population in thousands by age and education level for 22 countries for all age brackets for all sexes and totals.
This totals 6300 time series records which I need exported to Excel for a report I am working on.
When the report finally finishes running, I try and export to excel and it says 'Ooops there is an error' can you please fix this ASAP,

Hi Matthew,
We have made some changes, so that you can now download the file. But as Excel only supports 256 columns we were unable to make a quick change to support exporting the data in a single file.
What you can do is export the countries one by one and combine them into a single excel file.
We will then work towards creating a better Excel Export format that will make exporting large amount of data easier.
