In the data app, datasets can be added or removed, but the first dataset added can't be removed. In order to make it more "applike" it would be nice to be able to remove all the datasets, including the first one.

It would be nice to be able to manually transform the data. The simplest form would be to allow multiplication by a constant, but a really nice way to do things would be to allow Generalized Additive or Linear Models, etc.

Linear regression, autocorrelation, etc - you've probably already got a long list of this kind of thing.

The inability to remove the first dataset is actually due to search engine optimization and URL consistency. That doesn't mean we will not at some point make this possible, but it requires a special case and a full reload of the page. In short: We're aware of this and it is on "the list", although not in high priority.
Ohhh, yes. It would. Things such as adding up timeseries in a view would greatly enhance the possibilities. We have on our roadmap an something called "Analysis upgrade". That will include a range of such features. Some of them will probably be a part of the subscription plan, although that remains to be decided.
